Lennon Estates Is The Right Move
Buying or selling a property can be a time of stress and anxiety for even the most laid-back person. But Banbridge’s new property service, Lennon Estates, looks set to take some of the “state” out of real estate.
The Rathfriland Street-based business opened its doors in November and since then business in the ever-expanding property market has been brisk.
Lennon Estates will market properties in a wide area, including Banbridge, Loughbrickland, Poyntzpass, Tandragee, Dromore, Rathfriland, Gilford and Lawrencetown.
Owner Pat Lennon began his career in real estate 26 years ago when he started work with Century 21. From there he moved on to become manager of Stevenson and Cumming in Bridge Street. The natural progression for Pat was to establish his own company, and he is now enjoying the experience.
“So far so good,” said the Ballinaskeagh man.
“I’ve been very pleased with the response. We put four houses on the market this week and every day people are registering with us.”
Pat’s experience means he is well known in the area and his track record on selling properties is second to none.
“My local knowledge means I can give people a genuine, accurate valuation of their property – be it residential, commercial or land” he said.
“The housing market has changed in recent years and I can advise customers how best to market their property.”
“The advent of the internet means the property market is now global. Ten years ago, you would have been relying mainly on people from this area buying property in this area – but that has all changed now.”
The Lennon Estates service is designed to make the process of buying or selling a property run as smoothly as possible.
“When a potential customer gets in touch I will personally visit their property and give them a valuation,” Pat explained.
“If they are happy with that I will then prepare distinctive sign boards and brochures. The property will be advertised in the office, on lennonestates.com and on the property news website.”
“I will deal personally with the sale and show clients around the property. Based on how the sale is going, I will advise the client whether the décor needs changed or the garden needs tidied up – practical advice on how to sell the property.”
“Being reasonably well known in the Banbridge area, I have built up a large network of contacts and investors who are looking to acquire property.”
“Choosing Lennon Estates means your property will be marketed by a company which cares.”
“People will be dealing with me,” said Pat, adding: “It’s a personal service.”
Joining Pat is local graduate Caroline Beck. “Caroline is office-based and has already proved very capable in the estate agency environment,” said Pat.
“Every customer will receive a listing agreement indicating the service, fee and commitment which they can expect from Lennon Estates.”
“I’m looking forward to 2005 and beyond and being able to offer the public quality property advice.”
“Anyone who needs advice on buying or selling properties in the Banbridge area should get in touch.”
